Ironclad Inserts started in a home garage with one problem: nothing on the market kept ammo organized, upright, and grab-ready inside the modular tool box system. So we fired up a printer and modeled our own.

Every tray is 3D-printed from high-density PETG — the same material trusted for tough, chemical-resistant industrial parts. It shrugs off oil, solvents, and the abuse of a working range bag.

We're launching with the calibers shooters ask for most — 9mm, .45 ACP, 5.56, .308, 12 gauge, and .22 LR — and we're just getting started. Need a caliber we don't list yet? Get in touch. Custom fits are what we do best.
